Entrusting your contracts to a provider requires complete trust. Here are the commitments QOWA makes to each of its clients.
Our commitments
Nine written commitments
- A confidentiality commitment applies to every client from the moment they order, and a separate agreement can be signed on request.
- Documents are sent through a secure upload link we provide, never as an attachment to a plain email.
- Files are encrypted and hosted within the European Union.
- Access is restricted to QOWA and protected by two-factor authentication.
- Our AI tools are used in their professional version, with no model training on your documents.
- On request, sensitive names and amounts are anonymised before any AI processing.
- Documents are deleted thirty days after delivery, unless you ask otherwise.
- No document is passed to a third party, partner law firms included, without your written consent.
- A data processing agreement compliant with Article 28 GDPR is provided as standard.
AI proposes, our experts validate.
Artificial intelligence speeds up the analysis and lowers your costs, but it does not guarantee the accuracy of its work. That is why every analysis is reviewed by an expert, in order to correct the errors AI can make.What we ask of you

To best protect your information, we invite you to send only the documents needed for the analysis, to use only the secure upload link we provide, and to flag any particularly sensitive information so that we can anonymise it.
